Complaints
Although unlikely, it is possible that a consumer experience may leave you feeling less than 100% satisfied, the most likely reasons are the following:
- You wish you had bought two - as this purchase is just perfect
- Upon opening the purchase you realise you should have gone for the superior model
- You forgot to fully maximise a multibuy promotion
- You have looked at the reciepts and created an element of doubt over your purchases - we call this the "consumer post-mortem" - this can be avoided by always destroying or secreting your reciepts
- You realise a peer or neighbour has the same item
- You check your wallet/purse to find you still have some money, which means you have overlooked other potential consumer opportunities
